All Three RSN Law Founding Partners Named to The Best Lawyers in America® 2027
SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA (August 20, 2026) — RSN Law (Rutila, Seibt & Nash, PLLC) is proud to announce that all three of the firm’s founding partners
After 6 years of owning our bar, my wife and I genuinely believed that we had turned a corner. Heck, we thought we had made it! We had to recalibrate after Covid, but we picked right up where we were before March of 2019. Smiles all around!
Then – just as we were getting into a solid and safe routine – a fellow tenant right above us brought in our landlord to complain about cigar smoke leaking into their suite. The landlord was swift and destructive. Doors locked and a permanent (potentially) do not trespass. Any attempt to gain understanding with the landlord, and their legal team, was met with a complete lack of compassion of any kind.
We needed a lawyer. Robert Rutila has joined the chat! Robert proved – from moment one – to be the perfect attorney for us. Perfect parts lawyer, psychologist and friend…he handled us (me) perfectly! The emotion that the very entity that should be looking to serve their tenant was actually looking to shut a business down was terribly unsettling.
Robert treated this case as if it were his business. Even while conducting another trial, the communication with Robert was exceedingly excellent. Wildly skilled, we always felt taken care of. This had a lot of texture and subtleness. Robert made sure that we were more prepared than the other side. It went from a permanent shutdown to back in business in a week.
We sold 2 years later and 2 things remain forever…
That landlord is everything wrong with conducting proper business.
Our attorney, Robert Rutila, is the ONLY reason that we got to reopen.
Robert is a fantastic legal mind, but he is an even better person. Consider yourself blessed if you get into a legal entanglement because Mr. Rutila is your secret weapon! We wholeheartedly recommend Rob Rutila.
-Jon & Kelly Harrington

“Rob is an excellent attorney and has a great knowledge of the construction business and construction-related legal issues. I wholeheartedly endorse Rob and his team when it comes to needing an attorney to handle a construction issue.” -Matt Gleash, All Aspects General Contracting
“Rob Rutila is diligent, smart, and creative. I highly recommend him for general counsel needs for your business.” -Dan Koernke

“When I was introduced to Rob and his team, I’d never negotiated a commercial lease before. It was a little intimidating, but what I found most refreshing about Rob was his ability to ‘dumb it down’ for me and make sure I fully understood every part of the lease. Not only was he thorough, but he was also timely. It wasn’t just that I was able to get my lease signed in a timely manner, but it’s also that I have a great understanding of my lease agreement and feel more confident moving forward.” -Matt Heltzel

“I had the opportunity to work with Robert on a commercial litigation matter and was very impressed with Rob’s knowledge of civil litigation and his strategies for guiding the client through the legal process. He is an excellent litigator and is equally adept at communicating with clients and working with them to execute the strategy.” Justin Clark – Owner, J. Clark Law Firm PLLC

“I have known Rob for several years and he is my first call and attorney I refer clients to on litigation matters, whether real estate, construction, or general commercial litigation. He combines vast experience handling complex civil cases with a very practical, responsive approach to resolving clients’ legal problems.” -Ben Bhandusavuee

“Rob Rutila is an excellent commercial litigator. I routinely collaborate with Rob and refer clients to him because I know that he will handle matters professionally and skillfully.” -Ari Ramras, Esq.

“I have known and worked with Mr. Rutila for many years. Rob is a consummate professional manner, always committed to his clients and providing a high level of service. In addition to Rob’s knowledge and degree of integrity, he has a wicked sense of humor which makes him well balanced and easy to work with in any situation.” -Dawn Riddle

“Rob worked on a number of cases for me and my company. Very reliable and trustworthy attorney.” -David Soscia, Tercera Capital / PCR

“Rob is a fantastic attorney with impeccable legal acumen and integrity. I’ve worked with Rob on a number of commercial litigation cases and the only thing more impressive than his legal knowledge and application of the law is his demeanor and ability to take complex legal issues and make them palpable and understandable for the client.” -Michael Albee
“I highly recommend Rob Rutila. He will latch onto your opponent like a piranha, and will not let go until he finishes the job.”–NN

“Rob is not only a top-notch attorney but also a great person of high integrity who truly has his clients’ best interests at heart. He is tough, knowledgeable and fought hard for me.
